Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs how and when you can cancel your active subscriptions with SMTV India (www.smtv.in). We aim to make managing your subscription as seamless as possible.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
1.1. Direct Cancellation: You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Simply log into your account, navigate to your Member Dashboard, and follow the cancellation instructions provided in the billing section.
1.2. Payment App Cancellation: If you are using UPI Autopay, you can also manage and revoke the e-Mandate directly from your respective UPI app (like PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or BHIM) or via your bank's net banking portal.

2. Auto-Renewal & Autopay Rules
2.1. Recurring Charges: If you are subscribed to a recurring automated plan (such as our Monthly or Yearly autopay plans), your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
2.2. Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, you must initiate the cancellation process at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

3. Effect of Cancellation
3.1. Continued Access: Canceling your subscription stops all future recurring charges, but it does not immediately revoke your current access.
3.2. End of Cycle: You will continue to enjoy full access to all SMTV premium content and features until the very end of your current, already-paid billing period. Once that period expires, your account will automatically revert to the standard free tier.

4. Changes to Plans and Pricing
SMTV India reserves the right to modify our subscription plans, introduce new features, or adjust pricing for our services at our sole discretion. However, any price changes or significant modifications to your subscription will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice given to you via email or a platform announcement. Your existing active subscription will not be affected until its next renewal date.
