Once payment is processed and access to the premium content is granted, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.

2. Exceptions for Refund
A refund may only be evaluated and issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Double Billing: If your account or bank card is accidentally charged twice for the exact same billing cycle due to a technical error on our gateway.
- Service Outage: If the SMTV.in platform is completely inaccessible for an extended, continuous period (exceeding 72 hours) directly due to our server issues, preventing you from using your paid access.
3. Processing of Refunds
3.1. Approval Process: If you believe your case falls under our exception criteria, please submit a request. Our team will review and process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.
3.2. Crediting Time: Approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original method of payment (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, Credit Card) used during the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment gateway (like Razorpay), it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

4. Promotional Offers and Coupons
4.1. Discounted Plans: Subscriptions purchased using a promotional code, coupon, or during a special sale event are strictly final and non-refundable.
4.2. Refund Value: In the extremely rare event a refund is approved for a discounted transaction, the refunded amount will strictly equal the actual amount paid out-of-pocket by you, not the regular or original price of the plan.
